USYD Incubate
SHER FOUNDATION LTD was recently invited to deliver a specialised session at the University of Sydney’s INCUBATE start-up accelerator, contributing to the entrepreneurial development of early-stage founders through our signature workshop: Energy Mapping for Entrepreneurs.
The session guided participants through a practical framework to help identify, optimise, and manage personal energy in high-performance environments—particularly relevant for founders navigating the uncertainty and emotional demands of start-up life.
Delivered in an interactive format, the session drew strong engagement from a culturally diverse cohort of early-stage innovators. Participants explored techniques grounded in mental fitness, mindfulness, and cultural self-awareness—recognising the interplay between mental health, burnout, and entrepreneurial success.
This collaboration marks SHER’s continued commitment to applying our psychosocial expertise beyond traditional mental health settings, extending into the professional and innovation ecosystem. By supporting emerging leaders from multicultural backgrounds with accessible wellbeing tools, we help reduce stigma, build resilience, and create culturally safe spaces for men and gender-diverse entrepreneurs.
We thank the INCUBATE team for recognising the importance of embedding wellbeing in start-up culture, and for providing SHER with a platform to share knowledge at the intersection of mental health, performance, and diversity.
We look forward to furthering our engagement with innovation communities across Sydney and beyond, building strategic capacity for culturally responsive leadership and mental wellness in the start-up sector.
