Who we help?
SHER Foundation supports Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) men aged 18 to 70, including both newly arrived migrants and long-settled individuals who continue to experience social isolation or cultural disconnection.
Our participants come from a wide range of backgrounds—and are often juggling the pressures of being providers, fathers, or sons, while silently navigating loneliness. Many are disconnected from traditional support systems, and for cultural or linguistic reasons, may not feel safe accessing mainstream mental health services.
We currently operate in multiple parts of Greater Sydney (City of Sydney, North Sydney, Chatswood, Randwick, Parramatta, Epping, Liverpool, Fairfield, Burwood, Merrylands, Auburn, Sutherland, Campbelltown, Blacktown, Penrith, Hornsby)
